In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Mount Tabor Counseling is taking steps to insure that those struggling with Anxiety or other emotional discomfort have access to the necessary support. In light of this Mount Tabor Counseling, a Catholic Counseling practice,  is offering an online support group.

THIS IS NOT A PSYCHOTHERAPY GROUP BUT ONLY OFFERING SUPPORT.

These groups have limited space, so please register immediately!

  1. Tuesday evenings 7:00pm-8:00pm Denver time for 5 weeks (3/17-4/14). This group will focus on adults who are struggling resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. The format will be psycho-educational for the first 30 minutes and discussion based/interactive for the last 30. Participants will about anxiety, contributing factors to anxiety, anxiety reduction techniques as well as how to assist those around us who are struggling with anxiety. Spirituality from a Catholic perspective will help us understand social isolation and the ways to unite our struggles with Christ this Lenten season. This group will be led by Dcn. Basil Ryan Balke MA. MTh. and Christopher Wojdak MA. Cost for this support group is $30.00 per week.
