Chris Wojdak MS. LPC. MT-BC.
Chris Wojdak is licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado and State of Wyoming, and is a Board Certified Music Therapist. He specializes in using a combination of evidence-based relational and behavioral approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help adults and adolescents achieve functional goals, adapt to life’s challenges, and reach their full potential by living more intentional and meaningful lives. Chris works with clients from all faith backgrounds, including individuals with religious trauma, and who have been hurt by religious communities or have a complicated relationship with faith. In addition to clinical work, Chris is a clinical supervisor and utilizes deliberate practice to help his supervisees grow in skill and expertise.
Chris and his family have worshipped in several different Catholic liturgical communities over the years. He is passionate about eastern Christian spirituality, ancient and medieval philosophy, and the integration of Christian thought and mental health practice. He has published empirical and theoretical research. Chris has written on the relationship between modern psychology and Patristic and scholastic theology. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
