When to Take the Workshop

This workshop is ideal for couples who are expecting or who already have a new baby at home. The best time to take it is during pregnancy (especially the second trimester), as this often provides the time and energy needed to absorb and practice the material. However, the workshop remains valuable after the baby is born, even for those with pre-crawling infants.
