Alicia Summers MA LPC

Alicia Summers is licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado and a Behavioral Health Specialist in the Army Reserves. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Dialectical Behavioral techniques and other evidence-based practices and theories to ensure that her clients receive quality mental health support, and are both challenged and encouraged to reach for their potential and realize their own worth and dignity as human beings. 

Alicia has been a devout Roman Catholic since birth and has attended Mass weekly and on holidays regularly as well. She received both a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Franciscan University of Steubenville, and employs a combination of proven therapy techniques and compassion, unconditional positive regard and empathy sourced from her Catholic upbringing and education to all, regardless of religion, background or particular life struggle. 

Alicia has a self published website, blog and podcast regarding mental health called MentalWealthToday.org, as well as a Youtube page with the same name.
