Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, and received her MA in Counseling from Regis University. She also holds a Masters in Arts in Theology from the Augustine Institute. She loves exploring the relationship between the heart, mind, and soul. 

The lens that Sara works through is Narrative Theory, which states that the client is the expert of their own life and that they have the capacity to heal within them. First and foremost, she wants to connect with clients on a human level, and she believes healing best comes through a well-formed, and authentic therapeutic relationship. Sara uses a broad range of interventions all aimed at the goal of helping her clients understand their stories, and thus their lives, in a holistic sense that supports clients in becoming who they are meant to be.
